Armless Lamp Head Figure

This is drawing I found awhile ago in my book that I completely forgot about for some reason, glad I found it though, the story behind this piece goes...

A while ago I was sitting at a table in this building in my college about an hour n a half before class and noticed the lamps that lined the walls. I then challenged myself to see if I can come up with a concept for that lamp based on a monster and finished drawing it in an hour and I was rather successful in finishing it. I decided to go with a Silent Hill theme and created a monster similar to the lying figure.

This monster would appear during thick fog or heavy rain storms and downpours during the night when there is little visibility, there is a bright light infused into its head surrounded by a lamp-like covering, this monster would look like a light in the distance and when approached it would suddenly flash its light brighter to stun its victim and them spray them with a blackish acidic substance that it sprays out of its chest.

Maybe this guy would of fit into Silent Hill Downpour water/rain theme nicely but I have no idea since I didn't get to play it yet
